Add missing BPF_MAP_TYPE_STACK in BPF code

Currently BPF_MAP_TYPE_STACK is supported by user code (`aya/src/maps/stack.rs`),
but it does not support the BPF_MAP_TYPE_STACK BPF code.

This patch fixes it.
