Michal Rostecki d102383d31 feat(aya-ebpf): BTF maps
Before this change, Aya supported only legacy BPF map definitions, which
are instances of the `bpf_map_def` struct and end up in the `maps` ELF
section. This change introduces BTF maps, with custom structs indicating
the metadata of the map, which end up in the `.maps` section.

Legacy maps are not supported by libbpf anymore and not even by the
kernel for newer types of maps like inode/task storage.

Add support of BTF maps in aya-ebpf under the `btf-maps` feature flag.

Usage of this feature requires emitting debug info for the eBPF crate
and passing the `--btf` flag to bpf-linker.

Tamir Duberstein fd00b39f09 Enable unwinding in userspace
Unwinding gives us more information, so we shouldn't disable it
globally. It is already disabled for BPF targets via the target configs
in rustc itself.

This complicates the clippy invocation somewhat, so put it in a shell
script for developer as well as CI use.

integration-ebpf: add cargo config
Same reasoning as the one in bpf.

Remove detritus
- rustfmt settings are hierarchical.
- integration-ebpf is always compiled at a distance with flags provided.
- .cargo/config.toml is not respected except at the root of the
  workspace[0].

Dave Tucker 79101e748a test: Replace RTF with Rust
This commit replaces the existing RTF test runner with a simple rust
binary package called - integration-test.

integration-test depends on integration-ebpf, which contains test eBPF
code written in Rust and C. `cargo xtask build-integration-test-ebpf`
can be used to build this code and supress rust-analyzer warnings. It
does require `bpf-linker`, but that is highly likely to be available to
developers of Aya. It also requires a checkout of `libbpf` to extract
headers like bpf-helpers.h.

Since everything is compiled into a single binary, it can be run
be run locally using `cargo xtask integration-test` or remotely using
`./run.sh` which re-uses the bash script from the old test framework
to spawn a VM in which to run the tests.
